How will I know if you received my order?
When you place an order at our online webstore, an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. If you have entered an incorrect email address, please contact our customer care team and we will send you the order details.
How do I cancel my order?
If you changed your mind about your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. In case your order has not been shipped, we will cancel your order immediatly and your order will be refunded. If your order already has been shipped, unfortunately we can not cancel your order anymore and you have to return your order back to our warehouse.
Do I need to set up an account to order something online?
No, you don’t need an account to order at our online store. You can checkout as guest, checkout fast with a Paypal account or register as customer.
I've added the incorrect shipping address, how do I change it?
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to change your shipping address. The shipping address can only be changed before the order has been shipped.
Can I add items to my recent order?
Unfortunately, the orders will be handled separately.
Will you restock sold out items?
Normally we do not restock any sold items from previous collections. However it is possible a sold out size of an item will be back online.
Where can I find the measurements of the clothes?
A size chart will be available on the product page under "sizing information". All sizes are shown in CM.

When will I receive my order?
The regular delivery time is between 1-2 business days, but the estimated delivery time is depending on the country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Where does Daily Paper deliver?
We deliver worldwide. However we do not ship to APO, post office box or FPO address.
Can I collect my order in store?
Yes, you can pick up your order in one of our stores (Amsterdam and Rotterdam). Select “Pick up in store” at the checkout page for collection in store. No shipping costs are being charged.

What international shipping services do you offer?
Standard Shipping: Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so you will receive the package with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
Express Shipping: Your order will be delivered by UPS or DHL who will attempt to deliver the goods to you three times. They will also leave a notice card after each delivery attempt to advise you what you can do to arrange the receipt of your package. Your signature will be required upon delivery.
How will my order be shipped?
All items are separately packed in plastic to prevent damaging and will be delivered in a shippingbox or plastic bag which fit's through your mailbox.
Returns and exchanges
How do I return or exchange an item?
Within 30 days, orders may be returned and we will issue a refund. Please fill in our return form
, and return the items to our warehouse. Please follow these requirements.
- All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- All products must be unworn and unwashed.
- All products must have all original Daily Paper tags still attached.
- Any products purchased in the Sale cannot be refunded.
- Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customers’ own cost.
Will I be refunded for the full amount of my order?
Yes, the full amount of your order will be refunded.
When do I get my refund?
Returns will be processed approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return
I have placed an order during sale, can I return my order?
Any products purchased in the Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
I have received a faulty product, what should I do?
Please contact our customer service first with more details. After conformation you can return the item to our warehouse. The item will be checked and when it is covered by our warranty policy a new item will be send back to you free of charge.
What if my return is not accepted?
The only reason we won't accept a return is if it is contrary our guidelines. If you send something back to us and we cannot credit you for it, we will not return it to back to the sender. If you would like it shipped back, we will take a Paypal payment for the shipping costs or it will remain in our returns centre for 90 days before being discarded. Shipping costs will vary based on your location.

Yes, you can return your order at the Daily Paper store in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. You can return your order within 30 days and we will issue a refund. Please follow the requirements listed at “How do I return or exchange an item?”

Will there be any additional costs to my order?
Orders within the European Union are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) and will not be subject to any additional charges. Countries outside the European Union are shipped DDU and additional charges may be added by your local customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and customs and are not collected by Daily Paper.
