As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All shipping prices are including VAT.

Free shipping on all european orders over €99 is valid for european orders with a total of €99 or more before taxes or any fees. The offer is only for customers shipping to an address inside of Europe. The same rules apply for the free shipping over €250 offer on all orders outside Europe. Packages will be shipped for free using our standard shipping service, which will be PostNL or DHL.
Our returns policy is very simple - we will accept returns for any reason, and issue a refund or store credit. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned to our warehouse. To send the item back please download the return form - fill it out and send it back to the relevant address. Instructions on how to send it are on the return form.
- All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- All products must be unworn and unwashed.
- All products must have all original Daily Paper tags still attached.
- Any products purchased in the Sale cannot be refunded.
- Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customers’ own cost.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
